Requirements:
~ Complete the above application by inputting your data into the highlighted fields. Remember to save your work often during input. Handwritten applications will be disqualified. Only your signature should be handwritten.
~ All eligible applications must be completed and submitted via US Mail to

~ The application and all accompanying documents must be postmarked no later than December 2, 2013
~ All applicants must be enrolled in a college, seminary or other post-high school institution of Christian Education or a Christian Evangelism Organization that is involved in seeking and evangelizing the lost

The 2013 Scholar(s) (recipient of up to $1,000 in scholarship assistance) will be announced and posted on this site in mid-February 2014.
